Mindfulness and Love

We are offering our weekly 30-minute guided mindfulness meditations again in September. Starting Thursday, 9/2, 8:30pm; Saturday, 9/11, 10:30am, and more. See full schedule here, https://ourmindfulnessspace.org/schedules/

Each session, attendees have the opportunity to practice mindfulness with a teacher, to quiet the mind. When our minds are quiet, we can feel more relaxed.
